Owner Keith Katz established Quality Service Center in 1998 with an eye on providing safe and reliable auto repair service for York, PA and surrounding communities that meets and exceeds customer expectations.

Our Process

Fill Out a Form

When you step into our shop as a new customer, we’ll have you fill out a form to gather your information. We’ll perform an evaluation on your vehicle, and while we focus on whatever problem your vehicle has, we’ll also perform a courtesy inspection.

Get a Quote

A report is then sent to a service advisor, who will send you the findings of the evaluation via text or email. It’s important that you review this report, so we can have a better discussion of what’s going on with your vehicle. After going over the report in a phone call with you, we’ll ask you if you have any questions, let you know what needs to be done and give you a quote.

Give It a Go

After we get approval from you, we’ll take care of the work. When the work is complete, we’ll go through a rigorous quality check before calling you to let you know your vehicle is ready. You can pay over the phone, and we have after-hours dropoff and pickup, if you need it. We’ll follow up with a text, phone call or email to see if you need anything else. First-time customers will then receive a hand-written Thank You card in the mail.
