Meet the Team

Keith Katz is not only the owner, but also works as a technician. He is constantly taking training so he can keep up with the ever changing technology on cars. He brings with him over 29 years of experience with much of that training on General Motors vehicles. He currently serves on the advisory board for NAPA Auto Care.  He has been married for 26 years and has a son and daughter.

Phil Snyder is the first person you will see when entering the office. With 27 years experience as a technician and service advisor, he is able to understand your vehicle and help you understand what your vehicle needs. Not only is he kind and courteous, but he will do whatever it takes to make your visit as easy and comfortable as possible. He has been married for 21years and has a daughter.

Desi Landis has been with us from the beginning. She works in the office to keep all our bills paid and handles a lot of the internal paper work. You may also hear her on the phone as she sometimes makes appointments and calls customers to remind them of appointments and to make sure all repairs were done to their satisfaction. Desi has been married for 31 years and has two daughters and one son.

Kent Rudisill is the first technician hired by Quality Service Center. He has over 26 years of experience working on vehicles. He has extensive training on all Chrysler products, and is a true asset to the business. Kent has been married for 21 years, and has two sons and one daughter.

Dan McWilliams started with us in 2011, bringing 12 years of experience. He has an excellent training from the Automotive Training Center in Exton, PA. There he specialized in diagnosing automotive electronics. Dan knows what is needed to keep your vehicle maintained and running well. Dan has a son, and enjoys coaching little league baseball.
